Planned and facilitated 200+ usability evaluations to help med tech companies meet FDA compliance. Results of evaluations helped inform the design of 20+ medical devices, directly impacting patient safety.

I also helped usability test a to-scale mock-up of the new Hybrid OR at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton before it was built. Findings were used to improve clinician workflows in the operating room.
